MANİSA GÖKSU-SARIKIZ LINE DRINKING WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM
INTRODUCE PROJECT
Main aim these system is to remove arsenic from drinking water as the level arsenic WHO suggested for. The capacity of the plant is 270.000 m3/day In 2008, the world’s biggest arsenic removal plant for the drinking water was erected in Izmir. All of the electrical and automation works for the project were completed by ABC ENSER. The plant has successfully reduced the arsenic level from 50 micrograms/liter to well under the 10 microgram/lt limit.
EXPLANATION :
Contain of project;
Ø 34.5 kV medium voltage switch gear and power lines,
Ø 2,000 kVA main transformer, Main distribution and compensation panels
Ø 2,100 kVA Diesel Generator back-up system with synchronization panel and start-up
Ø 11 qty 110 kW input pumps motors start with soft starter ,
Ø Power panels for the filter tanks’ power suply
Ø MCC panel for the back wash water treatment and chemical clean treatment
Ø General lighting, lightning protection and grounding of the whole plant
Ø The system is controlled by PLC and SCADA.
Ø Fiber optic and Ethernet communication used between the PLC units
