PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Istanbul Pendik in an area of ​​192,000 m² premises Besler which has the largest oil processing capacity in Turkey in food margarine-1 and margarine-2 plant data recording and reporting work was carried out by our company.

In project scope;

• One SQL Server computer was installed in this project. 2 SCADA computers were used to communicate online.
• The data of 17 CIP's in Margarine-1 and 23 CIP's in Margarine-2 and all stages of the margarine oil were sent to the server computer from SCADA computers.
• The data sent from the Scada computers to the SQL Server computer is saved in the format requested by the user via the interface in C #.
• Production and quality departments were able to monitor each batch production retrospectively and the production data recorded in line with complaints from dealers and customers were examined and errors were reduced to a lesser extent.
