The total covered area of ​​the project, located in Taksim district of Istanbul, is 90.000 m².

In addition to 384 rooms and 68 residences in the facility built by CVK Mining instead of the Historical Park Hotel,

There is a spa area of ​​700m2.

Emergency energy need is provided by the 2000kVA Cogeneration Unit, and the steam obtained is used in the laundry and kitchen.

The facility works with full automation.
