PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

With this project, we have modernized the existing system in İSKİ ASYA (İSTANBUL ) side of Küçük Çamlıca, Sarıgazi and Dudullu promotion centers. The complete system is made suitable for automation.

In project scope;

• The old pumps and valves in the existing system have been disassembled. 5 names in Çamlıca. 2370 m3 / h new pump, 3 pcs. New pump with 1200 m3 / h and 4 pcs in Sarıgazi. 1700 m3 / h new pumps are supplied, assembled and commissioned.
• K. Çamlıca; 5 names. 6.3 kV-630 kW and 3 pcs. Renewal of 400 V-315 kW motors, in Sarıgazi 4 pcs. 6.3 kV-630 kW motor renewal, Dudullu 1 ad. 6.3 kV-710 kW motors were supplied, assembled and commissioned.
• The resistive starters in the existing system have been disassembled. Instead, K. Çamlıca 5 MV 6,3 kV-250A Igel brand Soft starter, 3 ad. 400V - 315 kW frequency converter, Dudullu 1 ad. 6,3 kV - 250 A OG Igel brand softstarter procurement, installation and commissioning has been realized.
• K.Çamlıca'da 5 ad. Engine and 2 pcs. MV transformer fixed compensation panel, 1 pcs. ADP panel replacement, the existing MV cells in the system to be disassembled, to control the system is provided complete renewal of automation control panels. Hitachi brand Hx series PAC controller and Hitachi brand Remote IO modules are preferred in the control panels.
• In Sarıgazi, 6 names. Engine and 1 pc. MV transformer fixed componation panel, the existing MV cells in the system to be disassembled, to control the system is provided complete renewal of automation control panels. Hitachi brand Hx series PAC controller and Hitachi brand Remote IO modules are preferred in the control panels.
• In the KCGG of Guclu and Sarigazi promotions, Hitachi brand has a total of 2 names. 13 ad, touch panel (HMI), 3 pcs. 10 iştir tercih touch panel (HMI) is preferred.
• Dudullu, four names. Engine and 2 pcs. MV transformer Fixed compensation panel, 1 pc. The ADP board has been completely refurbished.
• The MV / AG power and signal cables have been completely renewed at the lifting centers. The system has been delivered.
• In K. Çamlıca and Sarıgazi promotional centers, impact prevention tanks are supplied, installed and commissioned.
• The automation system can be integrated into the central SCADA system of ISKI.
• After all the operations were completed, on-site testing and commissioning were carried out, the system was delivered to the contractor as a turnkey operation.
