PROJECT DESCRIPTION :
In Kaptan Iron & Steel factory, an automation project was carried out to increase energy efficiency studies and to monitor the energy consumed. System; The energy quality of the 6.3 kV and 34.5 kV Medium Voltage (MV) feeders of the steel mill, rolling mill and oxygen plants has been monitored and reported regularly. In the project, the energy monitoring automation project was commissioned by ABC ENSER using SCADA software and IME brand HD+ Energy analyzers.
In project scope;
- Current, voltage, active power, reactive power, harmonic etc. of medium voltage feeders. All electrical (P, Q, S, F, CosFi, V, I) quantities were taken to SCADA.
- Unlimited I / O bytes SCADA license was used in the project.
- With SCADA, online tracking, analysis, records, reports, archives, historical trends and alarms of electrical quantities can be monitored.
- Communication status notifications of energy analyzers have been made visible.
- Reports are recorded as PDF, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
- Log information is displayed on a single screen.
- User defined alarm thresholds are prepared.
- Harmonics are monitored on individual pages for each feeder as current and voltage up to level 50.
- In the project, 15 IME brand Nemo96 HD + series, energy analyzers are RS485 Modbus communication.
