PROJECT DESCRIPTION :

The new water pipeline has been constructed to transport the water to the Erfelek districts and villages of Sinop / Turkey. The wiring and automation works of 3 new water reservoirs, 11 flowmeter valve separation chambers and 5 pressure breaker valve separation rooms located on this line have been made by our company.

In project scope;

• Electrical and automation of new 2 Pcs. 5,000m³ and 1 Pc. 2,500m³ tanks.
• Automatic level control of water in tanks.
• Wiring and automation of valves and instruments in warehouses.
• PID-controlled automatic maneuver of 7 inlet valves of old water tanks.
• Control of motorized valves in 16 separation rooms.
• PID control according to the pressure to adjust the line pressure of the 3 pressure breaker proportional valves located at the entrance of the new warehouses.
• 5.000m³ warehouse to another warehouse with soft starter control.
• Commissioning of reactive power controlled compensation system for pump motors.
• Establishment of the necessary infrastructure for control from the central SCADA.
