A project designed by Rex. In addition to all management units and creative staff offices in the building,

Vitali Hakko Creative Industries Library, Showrooms, Auditorium, Gallery and Museum.

There is the Art Center and Power Media Center, which is also a Vakko organization.

At the same time, approximately 700 works can be exhibited in the art museum located inside.
